Our team has implemented increased hygiene routines and is taking proactive measures and precautions, while closely monitoring the recommendations and protocols established by the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local health departments in regard to COVID‐19.
THERAPY & FACILITY CLEANLINESS
Dedicated sanitizer, hand soap and water throughout facilities for all guests and staff.
Implemented environmental sanitation of all frequently touched surfaces within our facilities, with special attention to hard surfaces such as doorknobs, workstations, and reception areas.
Reinforcing proper use of protective equipment as well as comprehensive sanitation of devices based upon OSHA standards and industry best practices.
GUEST SAFETY & EMPLOYEE WELLNESS
Sick Leave Policy: Any employee exhibiting symptoms of respiratory illness will require to stay home and not come to work until they are free of signs of fever, any other symptoms, and illness. None of our staff members have had any symptoms, recent travels, or been in contact with anyone exhibiting symptoms.
To help stop the spread of germs, we have implemented cough and sneeze etiquette by providing tissue, sanitizers, soap & water.
Minimize exposure between employees, clients and also the public ‐if public health officials call for social distancing.
